EDUdining: The Art of Fresh Pasta

Ever wanted to make fresh pasta at home?
Our Chef di Cucina, Matt Abdoo, will teach you the fundamentals of making and cooking fresh pasta. Students will learn how to make pasta dough both with and without eggs. This class will also cover the production and formation of pasta shapes, including: orecchiette, pici, cavatelli, farfalle, garganelli, and pappardelle.
The afternoon will conclude with a family style lunch, sampling the fruits of your labor, along with Del Posto House Wines. Students will go home with the confidence to produce their own pasta dishes with ease, and our signature cucina kit.
